Shipping Details

Single GoBQ units are shipped in a branded box with no signature required. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package label is printed. We can not be responsible for missing shipments due to theft, so make sure your shipping address is to a location that is secure if nobody is there to receive the package.

Return Policies

  • All non-warranty related returns must be received within 30 Days after delivery.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus shipping and handling except for defective, damaged, or wrong items sent by GoBQ Grills.
  • All products returned for a refund or store credit must be unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping and provide us with a tracking number for any unwanted items. (Wrong products, defective, and damaged items excluded).
  • If an item is returned due to it being damaged upon delivery, defective, or because we shipped you the wrong item, you will get a replacement if the item is in stock after we receive the returned item. We will pay for returning the damaged or defective unit and for shipping the replacement unit.
  • All refunds will be processed within two weeks, after the item is received. If you do not hear from us and/or have questions about the refund, please contact us.
  • Note: Occasionally orders are canceled due to undeliverable addresses or out of stock product. Orders may also be canceled due to system errors leading to wrong prices or availability. However, buyer will be notified before any cancellation.
  • All Orders are processed immediately and cancellation requests are not guaranteed. However, we will attempt to cancel your order if notified before the item has shipped.
